(properties placed under contract) up 31% over 2005.  

   

This trend supports the opinion of many experts including a writer for “wave strength market report” who in his 1/3/07 report asks, “Is real estate done?  Naaaah.  I’ve been telling readers for months now:  it’s the opportunity of the decade” 

 

I am also pleased to report that the Agencies rental numbers are up around 15% over 2006 and encourage any owners considering renting to get in touch with us soon while the activity is strong.
