Successful completion of credit hours and testing requirement for South Jersey Professional School of Business.

Successfully passed, on first attempt, State of New Jersey testing requirements for real estate brokers license, which entitles recipient to own and/or operate/manage a real estate brokerage firm in this state.

Successfully completed the following C.R.S. - Certified Residential Specialist courses - which are the most advanced residential real estate studies available in the United States.

RS - 201 Successfully Listing and Marketing Residential Real Estate.  Course content:  Proven approaches for counseling Sellers and effective marketing strategies which yield best possible results for Sellers including highest sale price and quickest sale.

RS - 204 Successfully Marketing Residential Real Estate for Investment Purposes.  Course content:  Buying, selling and marketing rental investment property and understanding of issues specifically relating to such properties.

RS - 205 Financial Skills for the Residential Specialist. Course content:  Effectively advising buyers and sellers on tax and financial issues effecting residential real estate.

RS - 202 Selling Strategies for the Residential Specialist. Course content:  Identifying and qualifying Buyer needs and properly positioning Buyer in the present market place.

RS - 203 Personal and Career Management for the Residential Specialist. Course content: Time management, personal assistants, goal setting, and business planning.

RS - 200 Business Development for the Residential Specialist
